How I Work

My approach is integrative, primarily combining person-centred and psychodynamic methods, while drawing on elements of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), rational-emotive behavioural therapy (REBT), and attachment theory when they feel most appropriate for your specific needs. This means I believe you are the expert on your own life and experiences, while also recognising that understanding your past can illuminate patterns that affect your present. I don't follow a rigid formula—instead, I adapt my methods to what feels most helpful for you at any given time. Whether you need practical CBT techniques for managing anxiety, REBT approaches for challenging unhelpful thoughts, or attachment-focused work to understand relationship patterns, I can work flexibly to meet your needs where they are.
