
Session Experience
Before we begin working together, I offer a free initial chat so we can get to know each other and see if we feel like a good fit. I'll also provide you with a counselling assessment form to help me understand your background, current concerns, and what you're hoping to achieve. In our sessions, you'll find a warm, non-judgmental space where you can speak freely about whatever is on your mind. I work at your pace—some clients want to dive deep into childhood experiences, while others prefer to focus on current difficulties before exploring their roots. There's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with or to progress faster than feels natural. Sessions feel conversational rather than clinical, though I'll gently guide us toward insights and understanding when the time feels right.
