Finding the right counsellor is one of the most important decisions you can make for your mental health and wellbeing. You need to feel safe, heard, and accepted without judgment. Every counsellor brings their own style, personality, and approach to the work, which is why what works for one person may not work for another. Taking time to understand how I work and whether my approach feels right for you is an essential first step in your journey toward positive change.
